This is an intensive, no frills program that will get an organization moving in the right direction to achieve its priority goals. Participants identify an emerging vision as they take specific actions to address their economic context to achieve their enterprise goals. This program clearly helps participants identify the gap between where they are and where they want to be and how to close that gap. It relates strategic objectives to implementing strategies, infrastructures, and accountable leadership. It further defines priorities and the specific actions to achieve results that will be taken during the 45-60 days following the session.
