A program for key leaders and/or organizations that greatly improves interpersonal and group communications. Participants become familiar with Member Roles (task, maintenance& individual), how they are perceived by others, possibilities for constructive change, and the dynamics of meetings and discussion. Participants experience emotional and organizational barriers to effective discourse and how to overcome them. A key skill learned in the program is how to reduce conflict in almost any situation and solve the underlying problem. A crucial seminar for leaders who want to delegate more effectively and significantly improve results through others. TUITION: $1200 per person
for two day seminar Corporate seminars can be held for groups from 10-100 participants. Each seminar is portable. |
